DHA:
It is also in the news that DHA is joining in with Capital Smart City having 25% of its shares and the city will also be named “DHA Smart City”.
Construction of Roads:
It is working on the construction of roads so that people can enjoy a safe and smooth drive on Metro bus service. This will upgrade the transport system.
Amenity Buildings:
There is news that soon amenity building will be made as well. Proper tests like termite tests, FDT tests are in progress to make sure the place will be safe for residents.
Harradine Golf:
Capital Smart City Islamabad Pakistan is also working with Harradine golf to launch the greatest golf club in Pakistan. The place is surrounded by hills and terrain. The construction is almost complete and will finish by the end of 2019.
Construction of Hotels and Resorts:
Hotels and resorts too are under construction. Each will contain 250 hotel rooms and more than 150 serviced Apartments. It is planning on arranging 2 swimming pools as well along with 4 dining halls, meeting avenues and upgraded fitness centers too.

The cutting process is also going on in executive blocks of the area.
Water Reservoir:
The city will also explore huge water reservoir. There will be no interruption in the supply of water in the near future.

Asphalt work between the Overseas and the General Block has started.
