The Abbey Villa comes with 3 bedrooms within the 5 Marla Category. The Pricing plans spans three years until June 2022. For the first three payments:
• The first-month payment – a 10% payment of Sale Price plus the booking fee,
• The second-month payment – a 10% payment of Sale Price.
Following the first two payments are quarterly payments of 6%, other than the first quarterly payment and the last payment in June 2022 which are 10%.
• The Strand Villa
The Strand Villa is a configuration of 4 bed within the 5 Marla category and spans a similar 3-year payment plan as that of the Abbey Villas apart from an approximately 18% higher price.
The 10 Marla Category, on the other hand, consists of:
• The Harley Villas
The Harley Villas are villas of 4 bedrooms within a 10 Marla area. The payment plan spans 3 years until June 2022. For the first three payments:
• The first-month payment – a 10% payment of Sale Price plus the booking fee,
• The second-month payment – a 10% payment of Sale Price.
Following the first two payments are quarterly payments of 6%, other than the first quarterly payment and the last payment in June 2022 which are 10%.
• The Regent Villas
The Regent Villas come with 5 Bedrooms within a 10 marla area and payment plan similar to the Harley villas.
