Lion HDB as the premium partner of Capital Smart City Islamabad sharing great news for the members of Capital Smart City Islamabad as the balloting and possession of the plots is now scheduled way before time in November 2019. Not just that now the members of Capital Smart City Islamabad will get to choose the exact location of the plot on the map in the case of a 100% upfront payment.
Alhamdulillah, as promised to Our valued members that we not only intend to deliver the project on time but we will make all our efforts to deliver ahead of schedule. To this extent, over 450 machines and numerous staff members are working diligently at the site to deliver the devotement before time, we have conversed earlier that the project Will completed by 2022 In Sha Allah. thus. Management opted to hand over the project phase Wise much before time. In this regard. we will be handing over 3 sectors of Overseas Block and 3 sectors of Executive Block in the first quarter of 2020. Later On, we will be handing over blocks after every quarter.
Appended below is the balloting policy:
1.) In Sha Allah, Balloting Will be held in Mid November 2019.
2.) All members Who already paid upfront 100% payment will be given the freedom to choose the location on Map Without going into balloting. Same is the case for the members who have paid 50% and 40% upfront payment, however, they have to pay their due installments by 15th October 2019 to be entitled to choose the location.
3.) All Other Overseas & Executive Block Members must pay all their due installments by 15th October 2019 to be eligible for balloting in the first phase. Priority will to the files booked before 1st Jan 2019.
4.) Please be kind to note that since these will be the limited number of plots, hence, Company Will issue an acknowledgment receipt confirming that you will eligible for balloting in the first phase. The company also has the right to close the last date of paying installments for balloting eligibility even before 15th October 2019. Therefore, you are requested not to wait for the last date.
5.) Out of all balloted plots, anyone can apply for possession on a minimum 60% payment. In this case, the member will submit the affidavit that all remaining installments will be paid on time along with postdated cheques. Otherwise, the company has the right to change the location.
6.) Management is also delighted to announce that first 200 members will be given a 50% discount on development charges. 25% discount will be given up-front on the start of villa foundation and a 25% discount after shifting in the constructed property. Moreover, the company will also facilitate the Members to select the detail Architecture Design (Designs by World-renowned South Africa & Dubai based firm DSA) of their Villas free of cost. This facility Will also save Approx. Rs: 200,000/- in design & construction cost. Further, a Founding Member, a special discount will be offered on Capital Golf & Country Club Memberships & facilities along With Royal Orchard Clubs in Multan, Sargodha & Sahiwal.
7.) All members whose two installments are unpaid till 15th October 2019 their files will be blocked and canceled as per terms & conditions agreed at the time of booking and refund will be made within 6 months.
8.) Starting from 16th September 2019, all late installments are subject to a surcharge as per terms & conditions mentioned in the booking form.
