Capital Smart City Price Comparison in 2019!

It offers two types of plots:

Residential plots:

The residential plots were of the following sizes:

• 5 marla
• 7 marla
• 10 marla
• 12 marla
• 1 Kanal
• 2 Kanal

The dimension for 5 marla was 125 square yard that cost 2,600,000. That of 7 marla cost 3,450,000 with a dimension of 175 square yards. 10 marla plot cost 4,550,000 with a dimension of 3250 square yards. 4,975,000 was the cost of 12 marla plot with a dimension of 300 sq yards. For 1 Kanal it was 6,800,000 with a dimension of 500 square yards. 2 Kanal plot cost 13,400,000 with a 1000 sq yards dimension. 10% of extra price apart from the total was charged if the plot was to face park, corner or the main road. 15% extra was charged for the main Boulevard. If you pay 50% of the amount, you get a 5% rebate. Quarterly payments can be made for about 36 months. This means 7 marla would cost Rs. 12,000 per installment and Rs. 15,000 above 7 marla plot.

Commercial plots:

Commercial plots were of following sizes:

• 4 marla
• 6 marla
• 8 marla

4 marla plots had a dimension of 100 sq yard with a price of 7,800,000 PKR. 6 marla plots had a dimension of 150 sq yards with a cost of 11,700,000 PKR. 8 marla plots had a dimension of 200 sq yards with the cost of 15,600,000 PKR.

You can save yourself 5% when you pay 50% charges. 10% can be saved on a lump sump payment. The payment plan is similar to that of the residential plots. But the only difference is that you have to pay 20% at the time of our booking for the plot.

Since the world is progressing and time is changing so changes in costs of things are also happening in this cycle of inflation. It is introducing villas.

Residential villas:

The residential plots were of the following sizes:

3-bed villas are offered in 5 marla area covering an area of 2050 Sq feet with a total of 892,500 PKR. 4 bed offers 912,500 PKR. Quarterly installments for 3 bed is 595,00 and that of 3 bed is 608,500. 7 marla covers an area of 2400 sq feet with a 4 bed facility at the cost of 1,210,000 PKR. Quarterly payment will cost 807,000 PKR. 10 marla cover an area of 2800 sq feet with 4 bed at the cost of 1,540,000 PKR with the first quarter of 1,027,000 PKR and 5 bed at 1,575,000 PKR with the first quarter of PKR 1,050,000.

The 12 marla villa costs 1,810,000 PKR for 4 bed with a first quarter of 1,206,000 and PKR 1,845,000 for 5 bed with the first quarter of 1,230,000 PKR. Both cover an area of 3,500 sq feet. 1 kanal offers an area of 4,900 sq feet and cost 2,621,000 PKR for 5 bed with the first quarter of 1,747,000 and 6 bed for PKR 2,661,000 and first quarter of 1,774,000 PKR. 2 kanal cover an area of 7,500 sq feet offering PKR 4,095,000 for 5 bed with a quarterly payment of 2,073,000 PKR. 6 bed offers 4,135,000 PKR with the first quarter of 2,755,000 PKR. 7 bed offers 4,270,000 PKR and a first quarter of 2,845,000 PKR.

Farmhouse:

4 Kanal farmhouse costs 29,500,000 and allows 14 installments with the first quarter of 1,965,000 PKR. 8 Kanal farmhouse costs 49,000,000 PKR with the first quarter of 3,265,000 PKR. This includes the cost of development as well. The payment plan is the same as that of 2019 but 50,000 is to pay at the time of booking.
