Good News from MD Lion Marketing Asad Mirza, according to his resources Amnesty Scheme announced earlier this year by Prime Minister Pakistan Imran Khan has now been extended till June 2021,
The last date for registration of projects in the scheme is December 31, 2020. But developers and builders were given time to deposit their money in a separate bank account to complete the projects by September 30, 2022.
But according to the resources of MD Lion Marketing Mr. Asad mirza the prime minister was considered that projects were at different stages of regulatory approval during a recent high-level meeting.
He was told that builders and developers are interested and depositing about Rs900 billion for about 500 housing projects.
The Centre is considering an extension of the date up to June 30, 2021, from the current last date of December 31, 2020.
“And the date of project completion from September 30, 2022, to June 30, 2023, is also under consideration,” sources added.
